Q: When Will My Order Ship?
A: All shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days and transit for 3-5 days (standard) or 1-3 days (express). Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Q: What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Q: Is My Shirt Men's or Women's Sizing?
A: T-shirt sizing may vary from fitted to unisex, see product description for t-shirt fit. Hats and hoodies are unisex. For more info see our size chart.

Q: How Do I Return/Exchange?
A: We want you to love Bold Ambassador as much as we do! Unworn or defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or credit ONLY. Please email customer service to request an exchange.

Q: How Do I Track My Order?
A: Please use your order and/or shipment confirmation to track orders. Additional emails are sent when items are out for delivery and when they are delivered.  

Q: How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
A: Each order is processed immediately after purchase. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed.
